Delete your account
How to remove your Bunpy account and associated data, or ask us for help.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not stop app-store billing. Cancel renewal in your Apple or Google subscription settings.
Delete your account in Bunpy
- Open Bunpy and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Review the deletion information and type DELETE when prompted.
- Select Permanently delete account and confirm the final deletion prompt.
This action is permanent. Save any recipes or information you want to keep before confirming.
What happens to your information?
Deletion removes your account, profile, associated saved recipes and cooking history, and uploaded account images from active app storage. Device data, shared caches of public recipes, and service-provider records may have separate retention periods. Limited backup, security, support, or purchase records may remain where needed for operational or legal purposes. See the privacy policy for details.
Can’t access the app?
Email contact@acadialabs.co with the subject “Bunpy account deletion request.” Send the request from the email linked to your account where possible and identify the account to remove. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, include the relay address associated with Bunpy if available.
We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data. Never email your password. This page provides instructions; visiting it does not submit a deletion request.
Cancel subscription renewal
Use Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings, using the account that made the purchase. Store policies and applicable law govern refunds.
